This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you utilize our App, specifically concerning its integration with the n8n automation platform and Meta (Facebook) APIs.

Through our integration with Meta APIs and the n8n workflow automation platform, Marble pk may access and process specific data based on the permissions you explicitly grant. This includes:
- Account Information: Public profile data, User IDs, Page IDs, and access tokens required to authenticate the integration.
- Content Data: Data from Facebook Pages, Groups, or User profiles (such as posts, comments, messages, lead forms, or insights) that you configure your n8n workflows to process.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, webhook payload data, and execution logs generated during active n8n workflows.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the data retrieved from Meta APIs solely to execute user-configured automation workflows within n8n. Specifically, Marble pk uses this information to:
- Trigger, execute, and troubleshoot automated workflows (e.g., syncing Facebook Lead Ads to a CRM, archiving page comments).
- Maintain and optimize the technical performance of our n8n integration.
- Ensure compliance with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Important Note on AI/ML: Marble pk does not sell your personal data, nor do we use any data retrieved from Meta APIs to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
3. Data Storage and Retention
- Data Minimization: We only process data required to execute your active n8n workflows.
- Retention: Data processed during an n8n workflow execution is stored temporarily in execution logs to allow troubleshooting and is automatically deleted after 14 days, unless required otherwise by law.
- Infrastructure: Our n8n integration utilizes secure data hosting environments with restricted access control to prevent unauthorized data exposure.
4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures
We do not share, sell, or rent data collected from Meta APIs to third-party advertisers or brokers. Data is only transferred to:
- n8n Infrastructure: To facilitate the execution of the automation workflow.
- Connected Third-Party Applications: Data is only routed to external applications (e.g., Google Sheets, your internal CRM, Slack) that you explicitly connect and authorize within your n8n workspace.
5. Meta User Data Deletion Instructions
In compliance with Meta Developer Policies and Section 3(d)(i) of the Platform Terms, users have the right to request the deletion of their data or revoke access at any time.
If you want to delete your data activities or integration history for the Marble pk App, you can do so by following these steps:
- Go to your Meta/Facebook Profile’s Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
- Find the Marble pk App and click Remove.
- To permanently delete any cached log data or tokens still held in our n8n execution environment, send an email explicitly requesting data deletion to info@marble.pk with the subject line “Meta Data Deletion Request”.
- Once received, our team will purge all related tokens and execution logs from our system within 48 hours and send you a confirmation email.
6. Security
Marble pk implements industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including end-to-end encryption and secure App Secret proofs) to protect your access tokens and webhook payloads from unauthorized access or disclosure.
